Large Loss Restoration Estimator
Loudoun Construction is seeking an experienced Large Loss Restoration Estimator to support our growing portfolio of complex insurance restoration projects. This position is responsible for evaluating large-scale residential and commercial losses, developing comprehensive scopes of work and detailed estimates, and collaborating with property owners, insurance professionals, and internal project teams throughout the restoration process.
Qualified candidates should have demonstrated experience estimating large and complex property losses, including major fire losses, with proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility. A strong working knowledge of construction methods, building materials, restoration practices, and the insurance claims process is essential. Established relationships within the insurance industry are highly valued.

Restoration Project Manager
Loudoun Construction is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee insurance restoration projects throughout Northern Virginia and the Fredericksburg region. This position is responsible for managing projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with Loudoun Construction’s quality standards.
The Project Manager will coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, manage project schedules and resources, monitor budgets, conduct quality assurance, and maintain clear communication with property owners, insurance adjusters, property managers, and other project stakeholders.
Qualified candidates should have proven restoration project management experience, strong leadership and client communication skills, and proficiency in Xactimate. Experience with Symbility, an established trade network, and experience working directly with insurance adjusters and property managers are highly valued.
