Our house burned down early last year. After dealing with the insurance and having to get the proper permits Loudon Construction was relatively quick to get the building process underway. Rick was the main guy we dealt with and he wonderful! He was quick to return phone calls and explained the building process to us every step of the way. He allowed us to view our new home multiple times while it was being rebuilt and took the majority of our requests in regards to changes we wanted in our home. He worked with us and our budget and found ways to make our dreams and vision for our new home come true. Rick was very meticulous about the quality of work that was done in our home, going as far as having his team remake something that they built because he wasn’t happy. You can tell he cares and that quality is important to him. I would highly recommend Loudon Construction Group to someone if they are unfortunately in the same situation that my family was in.
